Who we are

Grupo Lince is the sheltered employment centre with the largest workforce in Castile and León. We were founded in 1985 by ASPRONA with a clear purpose: to create jobs for people with disabilities, especially intellectual disabilities.

We back their talent, drive their professional and personal development, and work so they can play their part in society as full citizens.

With more than 40 years of experience, Grupo Lince now has a workforce of more than 750 people, most of them with disabilities.

More than 40 years moving forward

History and track record

From industrial cleaning in 1985 to additive manufacturing today.

1985 Official registration of the sheltered employment centre. Industrial cleaning activity begins.
1987 New section of the centre: laundry.
1991 New section of the centre: Publicidad Directa (direct advertising).
1992 New section of the centre: Parks and Gardens.
1993 Publicidad Directa becomes a Gupost franchise.
1995 Opening of the «Horizon» job placement office.
1999 The «El Apartamento» café-restaurant opens.
2000 Opening of the «El Pino» garden centre and public deed of incorporation of Grupo Lince.
2002 New self-service line at «El Apartamento».
2005 New Lince Marketing Directo line: Códex, document destruction.
2008 Fundación Personas is established.
2011 Public launch of Fundación Personas and opening of the Envite bioclimatic building.
2015 Opening of Serunion's industrial kitchen in the Envite building.
2016 New line of industrial services for the automotive sector.
2018 Launch of the home meal delivery service for older people and expansion of the centre's industrial activity in Seville.
2019 Creation of the work integration company Lince Insertum.
2024 Opening of the Social Additive Manufacturing Centre and EPIC Center.

Sustainable Construction Award Regional Ministries of Public Works and Environment of Castile and León, administrative and public buildings category, for the Envite bioclimatic building.

A non-profit organisation created by five social organisations from Castile and León.

Fundación Personas is present in 140 municipalities across 5 provinces of Castile and León, with more than 100 operating centres. Together we have become a national benchmark in supporting people with disabilities at every stage of their lives.
