The Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of 29 November, which approves the General Law on the rights of people with disabilities and their social inclusion, obliges companies to employ at least 2% of workers with disabilities or, failing that, to establish alternative measures of an exceptional nature as set out in Royal Decree 27/2000 of 14 January, Royal Decree 290/2004 of 20 February and Royal Decree 364/2005.
